Social Media-Help or Hype?

Being an active member of CSAA (Central Station Alarm Association) and sitting on a few of their boards I am now part of the Social Media subcommittee. CSAA is offering a number of free Webinars throughout the year that are open to members and non-members. The first is titled "Social Media-Help or Hype?". This is an area that each and every Security Company and/or Central Station should become involved to some degree. It is like free or almost free advertising depending on if you do it yourself or if you hire someone to do it for you. I might have titled the webinar something like "Five Ways to Boost Your Company Image with Social Media". Here are the details and how to sign up.
